I have worked in corporate organisations for more than 25 years across a diverse range of industries and I have constantly seen people holding themselves back from doing great things.
I truly believe everyone has more talent and capability than they dare to imagine. It is often their ‘own thinking’ which gets in the way preventing them from having the courage to move forward and commit to action.
I have called this phenomenon 'The Mental Brick Wall’. It is what we feel when we are overwhelmed or anxious to start a big project, contemplate a career change, share a new idea or want to be valued.
My curiosity about ‘The Mental Brick Wall’ and lots of dedicated research, study and experience have turned this into the thing I do best. I help others to get out of their own way, to take action and achieve what they never thought they could.
I am a leadership and development coach and I work with individuals and teams to think bigger, better and faster moving them from problem to solution and taking them from procrastination to action.
What I love most about the work I do is seeing the new connections and insights people make when they undertake my coaching program or attend one of my workshops. Not only from the success of achieving their goals, but also from the unexpected life-changing rewards coaching brings - including increased self-esteem, confidence, innovation, problem solving and resilience.
Coaching is not just about setting a goal and talking about how to get from A to B, it is a path of learning and self-discovery. It will ultimately change the way you think, which will change the way you behave and how you are seen.
Coaching will expand your thinking and narrow your focus. It will make ‘The Mental Brick Wall’ become smaller so you can skip over it in the future.
